Save your Project to Cloud - Error message: "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this account."

Hello,

I've purchased Trados Studio 2022 and now I cannot save my projects to the Cloud. When I log onto my account to do this, I get this message:

"You do not have sufficient permissions to access this account."

I've read here (https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0032793) that if I have a Freelance version, I need to contact the support to fix this. So that's what I'm doing. I own a Freelance Plus licence.
