Subscription renewal

Hi community,

I would like to renew my Language Weaver subscription, but I can't find the option to do it. When I click on 'Manage Subscription' button (shown on the screenshot), screen with my credit card information appears, and I can't do anything except change/update my information. What would be the proper way to reactive my subscription?
