License Reset

Hello, 

I'm switching to a new computer. I followed the instructions on deactivating my license on the old computer and activating it on my new computer. However, it seems that my extra activation was used for the new computer. I should have 2 activations in total, one "main one" that I want to use, and one extra activation that I want to keep unused for now. 

Before I deactivated the license on the old computer and activated it on the new computer, the numbers of licenses were: In Use 1 0*, Available 0 1*. Now the numbers are: In Use 1 1*, Available 0 0*.

I tried to contact help via chat and got instructions on resetting my license. When I follow these instructions, I'm getting an error.

Please check because I should still have one extra activation available since I am only using one at the moment. 

I'm using SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus.
