We recently had our Trados Studio 2021 licenses deactivated. In the process of reactivation, we discovered that one of the activations on our two licences was missing. We have two licenses, and one of the two should have two activations but now only shows one (we had Trados Studio 2021 working on three computers a few days ago, but post-activation now we only have two because the site says that each licence can only accommodate one user). Logging into our account on the RWS website, the licence now only says that it has one possible activation. This was not the case a few days ago. When we try to activate it on a second computer it of course also says that there are no more activations available.
Could you restore the second missing activation to the license?
