Dear Support Team,
I moved my sdl studio 2019 license to a new machine two days ago. Upon program startup, SDL Studio asks for activation although the license on my RWS account is used with that machine already. When I try to reset the license, an error occurs:
An error has occurred
An email has been sent to the system support team to notify them of this error.
If you require support please use your support account or report the problem in the “Licensing & Installation” forum in the RWS Community.
In the meantime please try reloading / refreshing this page.
Could you please help me on that?
