An error has occurred when resetting licenses

Hello,

We were not able to reset two of our licenses (SDL Trados Studio 2021 Professional). The following error message is displayed:

Error message on a webpage indicating 'An error has occurred' with instructions to reload the page and links to the support account and RWS Community forum.
