Hello,
I need to deactivate the licence of my Trados Studio 2021 Freelance version to reinstall it on my new computer. I tried to proceed online, then offline via the application: none of these methods works. I also tried via my Studio account, it also failed. I cannot get the deactivation certificate. Can you help me please? Thank you!
