Hello I was using my SDL account with offline activation since last month.

But My account  suddenly become trial version(with 2 days left) after deleting SDL in my laptop last Friday. 

The laptop  had a trial version of TRADOS. 

I was using my license in my company's PC.  

Today I tried to reactivate my account again with offline activation. But I couldn't. 

I see this message. " Fail to validate offline. The specified activation certificate may not be valid. Validate your activation certification against the certificate in your account. "

But the the my license is in use. So I couldn't reactivate again and tried reset few times. But it didn't work.

Then I got this message."You can only reset your license 3 times within 12 months, it appears you have exceeded this limitation and the option to reset your license is no longer available. If you are having issues with your license and need further help please click here to log a request with the support team."

Sot I can not use my license in any computer and can't reset also. Please help me ASAP. I have many thins to do with TRADOS today.
