Recently, I changed the PC and reinstalled the Trados Studio 2002 on it.
This was because the older PC (C drive) did not work at some point so I can't deactivate the Trados.
After some searching, I concluded that the only way to activate my license on the new PC is to reset my license.
However, the following error message appears when I tried to do that.
An error has occurred
An email has been sent to the system support team to notify them of this error.
