It`s not possible to use the 2021 license anymore as it was removed from your account when the upgrade to 2022 was processed.
However, you can use Studio 2021 on the same PC where Studio 2022 is activated, as described in this article:https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000018947
