Unable to reactivate license server

Hello!

We use Studio 2017, license server, 3 mobile seats. Because one of our colleagues could not connect to the license server, our IT support tried to deactivate and reactivate the license, which seems to have been a bad idea, because they get the error below. None of us can access Studio at this moment and we have pending deliveries.
