I've recently bought a new laptop and am trying to activate Studio 2021 on the new one. I successfully downloaded it but when trying to activate the license with the activation code, an error message appears: Could not activate this license - No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code. Before the activation I deactivated the license on my old laptop and uninstalled Studio as per instructions. After that the license appeared available on my account. I reset the license a few times after I repeatedly failed to activate it my new laptop with the activation code. And now it appears to be in use and says it was activated 17/06/2024, although it's not working. Do you have any recommendations regarding the installation and activation of the license on my new laptop? My order number is: 661610. My product is SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance.

Any help would be much appreciated.
