Licence reactivation still not working, urgent assistance needed

Hi,

My laptop died and I need help deactivating/resetting my SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance licence, so I can activate ad use it on my new laptop. I previously received assistance (case 00852356​​) and was told that the deactivation was complete and that I could proceed with reactivation on my side.

However, I cannot seem to reactivate the licence on my new laptop. When I insert the licence code from my RWS account (under Licenses & Subscriptions) into Trados, I get the message "Could not activate this licence. No licences are currently available for the specified activation code".

Is there another licence code I should use and where can I find it?

If not, what should I do?

Appreciate your prompt assistance as my Trados has been down for many days now, and I really need to get it up and running asap!
