Problems whe deactivating a licence

Question

Hi, 
 I need to deactivate my trados studio 2021 licence on one computer in order to update it (to Trados Studio 2022 - licence already bought) and to activate it on a different computer. 
 When I try deactivating the licence from Studio, and error occurs. 
 I tried deactivating it also from the account, but it doesn't work and the following error comes up: "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.".
