Cannot deactivate license to reinstall SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus

Hello,

I am migrating to a new PC.

I have tried to deactivate my license from my user space on the website and directly from within the old version of Trados Studio 2019 (Freelance). I'm afraid none of the options work.

I now have no working version of the software. Neither on the old PC (where I tried to deactivate the license and also uninstalled the software, nor on the new PC, where I have made a fresh install but the program does not accept my activation code, as copied from my user space on the website.

What else can I do?
