Trados Studio 2022 Free Trial Version access issue

Question

Hello Team, 
 I downloaded Trados Studi on 2022 Trial Version on June 8th, 2024. I downloaded it for the purpose of learning. When I logged in to Studio today it shows as my Trial Evaluation as expired as shown below:

Today is a 17th day of my trial period and I am not sure why it ended/expired before the due date. It was a 30 days free trial. Because of this I lost the sample project I was working on for my learning and couldn't backup it.

Since I haven't finished learning other features of the tool yet, is it possible to reactivate it or at least a backup of my sample project could be provided to me?
