Please process your upgrade. You upgraded and did not purchase another licence, so you have to give up your old one and replace it with the new one:

Hi! I have the same issue!
Yesterday I bought the upgrade offer from 2021 to 2022 (includes upgrade to Studio 2024 Freelance at launch - I understand this comes free or NOT?), downloaded the program, installed it, all fine.
Today I understand that Studio 2024 became available and I cannot see any 2024 license in my account.
Moreover, when I go to Buy New license section, it gives me the 345 euro upgrade price from 2022 to 2024! 
I do not see any updates available as in your account 
all good, I have raised a ticket with RWS support and they sent the new upgrade
