Having issues deactivating a license

Dear RWS team,

I'm having issues deactivating a license from my computer to install the SDL Trados Studio 2021. I recently reset my computer without deactivating the license first, which has caused complications. Now I cannot deactivate online, and I also cannot deactivate offline - I'm getting error messages whenever I try either method.

I need help resolving this issue. What steps should I follow?
