Dear RWS team,
I'm having issues deactivating a license from my computer to install the SDL Trados Studio 2021. I recently reset my computer without deactivating the license first, which has caused complications. Now I cannot deactivate online, and I also cannot deactivate offline - I'm getting error messages whenever I try either method.
I need help resolving this issue. What steps should I follow?
I've received an "offline deactivation ticket" from RWS team, but it doesn't work. At the Can't deactivate online? – Deactivate offline page I still see "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request." message.
