I need to deactivate my license for SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance, so that i can use it on my new computer.
I tried deactivating my license both online and offline but it fails both times.
I generated an offline deactivation authorization and copied it into the deactivation certificate.
Then i clicked on confirm offline deactivation.
This message appeared: "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request."
