My old computer died and I am trying to acrivate my trados studio license into my new PC. How can I do it?

The license can be reset from your account, Products and Plans - Licenses, https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx
After the reset, please wait for 30 minutes, then re-activate on the new PC using the activation code.
The program can be downloaded from Products and Plans - Downloads.
If you encounter any issues, please let us know and we will submit a case with our technical team for you.

Thank you very much for your answer. Unfortunately, I am not able to reset my license and when trying to activate the product in my new computer it does not work. Is there any possibility to try with a different method.
