After Update from Trados Studio 2022 SR1 to SR2 (CU10): No longer can connect to license server with fully qualified name

After updating from Trados Studio 2022 SR1 to SR2 (CU10) we are not able to get a license from the Trados License Server Manager (Version 17.0.134.0)

The only way is to insert the IP address instead of the fully qualified name of the server. Why is this? How can we change this behavior?
