Moving installation to another device. Deactivate/reset license doesn't work.

I need to move my installation of Trados Studio 2017 Freelance (Trados Studio 2017 SR1 - 14.1.10018.54792) to another device, but I have not been able to deactivate or reset the license in any way.

I have tried deactivating via Trados Studio as well as via my RWS account but I only receive error messages. Even the reset option in the RWS account produces an error. I need my active license to be removed and be made available for reactivation on another device.
