I received an email that my order has been processed, but I can't see anything in my account. The order number does not appear in the order history.

What's the order number, please? Also, do you have another RWS account besides the one you are using to log in into the Community?

Hi Elisa Maxim , the order number is 752811. The account I use for the Community is my main account, I think the old ones were deleted/deactivated.

The order you mentioned belongs to a different account than the one you are using in the Community. Please make sure you log in into your RWS account with the e-mail address where you received the notification about the order.
