Issue with Deactivating/Activating licenses

Hello,
I have been experiencing issues deactivating my Trados license from my old computer to the new. I receive the massage displayed below and I cannot deactivate offline either.
Error message window titled 'Deactivation failed' with a red cross icon, stating 'An error occurred while retrieving your license. Error ID: 125'. It also asks 'Open connection settings?' with 'Yes' and 'No' button options.
Currently I have a massive translation job to do, and I'm working with the trial version on my new computer because I cannot activate the existing licence.
Can you please tell me what to do?
