License activation problem on a second computer

Question

Good morning, I have a permanet license for the software "Trados Studio 2021 Professional (Network)". 
 On my order, it says "This is a perpetual (lifetime) license; the software is installed on as many machines as desired but only one user can use the software at a time Activation and deactivation is done automatically". 
 Today I tried to install it on another computer but I got the following error: 
 
 On the first computer the software is closed 
 How to activate the license on 2 computers? 
 Should we completely screw up the first computer? 
 
 I wouldn't want to lose everything on the one where everything works fine. 
 I don't want to reset the license
