It seems like you're experiencing issues with Trados Studio 2024 after upgrading from Trados Studio 2021 on your desktop. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot this issue:
Step 1: Close Trados Studio 2024 if it's currently running.
Step 2: Navigate to the following location on your computer: C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\Documents\Studio 2024\Projects. Here, rename the file called 'projects.xml'.
Step 3: Next, go to this location: C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\RWS\Platform\Identity. In this folder, rename the folder called 'SDLTradosStudio.exe'.
Step 4: Now, restart Trados Studio 2024.
Step 5: Go to File -> Setup -> Servers and re-add the connection to the Trados GroupShare server.
Step 6: Try to open the project again in a new empty folder.
