I have learned this morning that the subscription can not be renewed as other year by simply clicking on the right choice on the website and introducing your credit card number.
It now has to be done by writing an email. Loads of work, email written, no response yet and I have no idea what to do.
From your experience, how long does it take?
And if you had no idea: be aware!
