Connection Problem Between Studio, Cloud and Language Weaver

Hello everyone,

I'm a new Trados Studio user. I used the trial version of Studio 2022 and then installed Studio 2024 (v. 18.0.0.1013) after buying a freelance license.

As a matter of fact, I have been able to access the Cloud. I have also been able to save a local termbase in the cloud (from Studio). However, I cannot upload either a local translation memory or local project (in the latter case, the language processing rules don't show up, I've seen that is apparently a known problem).

From the cloud, it seems I can create a project, but when adding documents, I just receive an error message.

Also, when trying to add Language Weaver in the language resources, I can't connect. LW website says I don't have an account.

Off the top of my head, I would say there's a problem with my license/account.

Thank you for any advice/suggestion that would allow me to enjoy the full extent of this tool.
