Activating Trados 2022 Subscription

Good Morning,  I have just bought a subscription licence of trados 2022, which I can see from my profile is correctly active

but on the software I keep getting this message

Information dialog box in Italian stating product license is deactivated and Trados Studio will close. It instructs to activate the product to restart Trados Studio.
