Hello, I tried to move my trados studio 2021 and multi-term from an old computer to a new one. However, I can't deactivate the product because the old laptop has completely out of use; can't even be started up. Therefore I can't generate a deactivate license from the old computer. Do you know is there another way I can get this code so that I can install the trados on my new laptop?
