I have a licence for Trados Studio 2014 Freelance Plus, I want to shift the software to a new PC. However, the deactivate button in the software generates an error (Error 202: lock info is not matching) and the offline option in my RWS account also does not work (the deactivation code is not accepted). Can you please assist me?
Apologies, the version number in the headline and post is incorrect - my software is actually SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 - 14.1.10018.54792.
Can you please assist me with this deactivation issue and also provide instructions for activation on the new PC as I fear I will encounter similar problems with this?
