Dear People,
I somehow successfully deactivated my Studio 2017 off line on my old PC, after many failed attempts.
But this deactivation is not shown on my Licenses and Subscriptions page in my account, so that I could not activate Studio on my new PC.
I have been asking help for a week now, but kind emails I have received so far did not help.
Can I use my Studio 2017 which I am entitled to use again?
