After I had renewed my PC, I found out I hadn't deactivated my licence for the PC. So now it looks like I have two licenses active, one for the PC and one for the laptop, but I can not use Trados on my PC, because I cannot activate it, as it seems to be already in use.
I tried to deactive it in some way, off line and so on, but can not make it work. What can I do?
