Hello,
After installing memoq plugin I cannot open the program and get the following error message: "Service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.AlignmentEditor.IAlignmentEditorService' could not be started.". I deleted the plugin from the folder and reinstalled the program but it doesn't help.
ps: I don't have any anti-virus software installed on my computer.

I've tried all of the steps you suggested but it didn't work. In the end I had to format my computer and reinstall the Trados. But now my licence activation code is not recognized. Could you help me with this please?
