Reset License

Hi Elisa,

I've been trying to reset my license for about a week but have been unsuccessful. The process shows, “An email has been sent to the system support team to notify them of this error”. However, I got no response. My PC used daily ceased to serve. I'm using a trial version on a new computer, and the trial license has 10 days remaining. Therefore, it is kind of urgent. Please advise. Thank you.
