    Hi Edoardo,

Here's one way of dealing with this...

With Trados Studio closed, go to Plugin Management tool from : C:\Program Files (x86)\Trados\Plugin installer and double click on the Sdl.Community.SdlPluginInstaller.exe file

File Explorer window open to the Plugin installer directory with Sdl.Community.SdlPluginInstaller.exe highlighted.

    Something like this will open:

Trados Plugin Management window showing Language Weaver Provider selected with an option to uninstall.

Select your Studio version in the dropdown menu.

Highlight Language Weaver and click 'Uninstall' Then close via the X top right.

    Open Trados Studio.

Go to the onboard RWS AppStore via File>Add-Ins>RWS AppStore.

Trados Studio interface with RWS AppStore tab open, showing 'Installed plug-ins' with a count of 0 indicating no updates required.

    Install Language Weaver from there.

(NB: The '0' next to Installed plug-ins means that there are 0 updates required for your plug-ins)

This may solve your problem but it will ensure that you have the correct version of Language Weaver for your version of Studio.

Continue from there as you would normally.

    All the best,

    Ali Smiley
