Deactivated license is as "IN USE" on my account, I can't activate license on my new computer

I deactivated my Trados Studio 2021 license on my computer. When I tried to activate it on my new computer, it is impossible because on my account it is as "IN USE". I tried to use deactivation ticket but "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation."

Can you help me please?
