No License in licensing server after hardware change

Question

Hi people, I am new to SDL Passolo, because my admin colleague, who administrated this, is gone. Please forgive my dumb questions... We have a "hardware" change from VMWare to OpenStack/QEmu. We have - Passolo Team unlimited Commuter 2016 
 - TeamUnlimitedEdition 
 licenses. 
 
 I run a Windows (now on OpenStack) and we this as the license server. But this does not work anymore. 
 Under WImAdmin I can see my passolo licensing server, but there is no license. 
 What is the best way to activate this server as licensing server again?
