My company purchased the upgrade from 2019 to 2022. When we downloaded the programme, 2024 was already out and included with the 2022 licence, so I have 2024 on my computer. In the licensing section of my account, it refers to being a key for 2022, Whereas, in the activation box, it refers to 2024 and when I try to use the key, it says it is invalid. Do I need to obtain a new key specifically for 2024. SDL Trados Studio 2024
You did not process the upgrade to Trados 2024 from your account, Products and Plans - Licenses. To get an activation code for Trados 2024, you need to process the upgrade.
