My Studio 21SR suddenly stopped working.

This morning, I got a message that led me to go to the community, where the solution was to uninstall and reinstall. So I downloaded my installation file from the RSW portal, and uninstalled my version. But now, I cannot reinstall my Trados Studio 21SR, because the system "detects a newer version of Trados Studio installed", and I must use that installation program to uninstall before I can reinstall. But I cannot find any other version of Studio on my PC, and I do not have access to a newer version of the installation program. Can you help me?
