Problem with activation of licence on new laptop - "Lock code is invalid"?

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me :)

I tried to move my Trados licence from my old (work) computer to my new (personal) computer.

I deactivated the licence on the old version -> desinstalled the programm and then -> installed Trados on my new laptop, and tried to activate the licence, but it doesn't work.

In my account, it says that it has no expiry date, so I don't get what's causing the problem.

When I enter the activation code on my new laptop, I get an error message   "Statuscode 210150 - The specific lock code is invalid".

Has anyone had this problem? Any ideas of tips?
