I'm using Trados Studio 2022 with a subscription license. Until yesterday, I was able to use it without any issues. However, today when I open the tool, it says that I need to activate my license, and I can't find the activate button as usual. I have already contacted the salesperson, and they said that I should install the latest 2024 version first.
What should I do to resolve this issue? I don't mind upgrading to the latest version, but I have an ongoing project in version 2022 that I can't log into now. Is it possible to open the ongoing project in the latest version?
