installation and licensing support for Studio 2017. Trying to install Studio on a brand new PC. Can you please help with this process?

Hello,
As I am told I am entitled to free installation and licensing support, I would need help to transfer Trados Studio 2017 from my old PC, to a brand new PC.
I read that the license has to be deactivated, then reactivated, but I am not sure how to proceed. I have saved my Translation Memories onto an external drive; and that's where I am at.
Thank you in advance for providing the guidance I need to successfully install Studio on my new machine.
