The license is deactivated itself

Question

I use Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus on two PC. Suddenly, when I open the program on the one of them, I get the message "License Expired" (which is nonsense, because the license is unlimited) and when I want to reactivate the license, after entering the activation code, I get the message "Could not activate this license. - No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code". Could you advise me how to proceed in such a case? (I apologize for my English, I work with other languages.) Thanks.
