All devices say "License expired" but according to sdl.com, the license is in use

Hello!

I have SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance. Although I don't remember deactivating it, the device I used on a recent trip says "License Expired". Trados is not activated on my other device either. My Licenses page on sdl.com says:

In Use 1
Available 0

Please advise.
