I tried to buy SDL Trados Studio 2024, but it didn't charge me VAT. Even though I have a intra-community VAT number, I'm still supposed to pay it according to the legislation of my country.
Anyways, I would just like to cancel this order so that I can place a new one, but I can't seem to find anyway to do that?

You don't have to pay VAT if you have a valid intra-community VAT number. We have many clients from France and never heard of such thing so far.

It depends on the kind of company you have created. If you create a "microentreprise" you can have a intra-community VAT number, even though it's not mandatory, but you're still supposed to pay VAT when you buy a product.
