Unable to activate license server



Hello

We use a license server for SDL Trados 2017 SR1. One of my colleagues cannot activate her license, although it works just fine for the others.

Initially upon opening it said that it could not connect to the server. After reviewing the connection settings the error mentioned stated "No Licence". I checked the license on the RWS account and it seems to be active with no expiration date.

After reinstalling the application and trying to activate the licenses it stated that the license is expired.
