I recently purchases a new computer and have been unable to reset my license so I can activate it on the new computer. I get an error message when I attempt to do so. How can I fix this issue?

You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions. If that doesn't help we can log a case and the support team can help you, probably Monday.

I have tried this, several times, and it has not/not worked. I get an error message that says "an email has been sent to the system support team to notify them of this error." The license then remains active on the old laptop.
