I have a perpetual license for Trados 2021, upgraded from my original purchase of the 2017 Studio.
Yesterday, my PC updated. Since then, every time I try to open Trados, it tells me that my license has expired, which of course should not be possible with a perpetual license.
The only "activation code" I have is for the original 2017 version; my purchase of the 2021 version did not come with a new code, at least not one contained in the order confirmation email.
The link to "My Account" is not working as RWS is apparently down at the moment.
I have emailed for support and received no reply in 5 hours, not even to my question about how long a resolution might take. I have deadlines for the morning and if this will not be resolved soon, I need to start contacting clients urgently about postponements.
