Hello.
I have two laptops that activated Trados.
I want to deactivate in one of the two laptops because I am selling it out.
But for some reason, I cannot deactivate one.
The popup in the program keeps saying that several instances are open but I didnt open anything except for one Trados screen.
And I tried to deactivate in the web page, but an error code poped up and keep failing to deactivate.
Can you help me?
